Pathologie du vide et du lien : intérêt de la thérapie psychomotrice auprès de patients dépendants à la cocaïne

Abstract : The emptiness and emotional bond are the main problems of addict people. This propose is a way of reflection on two patients with cocaine addiction at Center for Care, Support and Prevention in Addiction (Centre de Soin, d’Accompagnement et de Prévention en Addictologie - CSAPA). It wonders about the inception of these problems and how they take place inside patient life. Cocaine would then be an attempt for the patient to fight against, but it does not constitute an answer, quite the contrary. The vicious circle is that addiction makes former problems getting worse.
Thus, these observations suggest that psychomotry therapy is a new way to treat drug addiction. Indeed, mediation, institutional scope and therapeutic relationship are all levers allowing the patient to gradually leaving his drug use. The purpose is to offer ways of reflection and health care, helping psychomotor therapists for their projects, along with and for patient.
