Les fissures coronaires dentaires : diagnostic, traitement

Abstract : Cracks in teeth can sometimes be hard to diagnose. The practitioner must assess thoroughly the extend of the crack to make the most informed diagnosis and lay down the course of action to hopefully extend the tooth life on the dental arch. The purpose of this bibliographic studies is, though a fine analysis, to define the factors the practitioner needs to evaluate in order to precisely diagnose the crack in teeth and to list the potential treatments that exist in relation to the complexity of the case. Based on the evidence elements, the aim of this work is to provide a decision tree to help the practicioner to have the best therapeutic approach.
