Assemblage des restaurations partielles indirectes collées

Abstract : Adhesive dentistry drive more and more practitioners to develop conservative restorative techniques by using partial restorations (No-prep Veeners, Veeners, Inlay Onlay, Overlay, Veenerlay, Table Top), responding to the principle of tissue conservation. Prothesis crafting in laboratory provides esthetics and biomecanics reliable pieces. The manufacturing materials used for each of these prosthetic parts will depend on the clinical situation encountered and on the patient’s request. Adhesive luting procedure may seem to be difficult because of the variety of bonding materials available on the market. The aim of this study is to describe the different partial restorations as well as their ideal manufacturing material, to highlight the best ways to optimize bonding, and to systematize adhesive luting protocols adapted to the most encountered clinical situations, which must be subjected to the critical judgment of the practitioner.
