Les méthodes d'analyse du besoin et le rôle de la MOA dans la réussite de cette phase d'analyse du besoin

Abstract : The needs analysis phase is the initial phase which leads to the implementation of any IT project. This analysis is a fundamental phase which largely determines the success of the project and compliance of the proposed solution which respects the client's requirements. Often considered to be a very complex step to implement, the needs analysis phase involves the participation of different categories of actors who do not necessarily speak the same language. This step requires setting up methods and good practices to overcome the difficulties of a possible misunderstanding of the expressed need. The product owner (PO) plays a key role in the conduct of this first stage as he will be responsible for supporting the client in defining his needs in order to translate them into a functional specification. Through this thesis, we intend to shed light on the different dimensions of this subject and conduct a deep analysis which will serve as a basis for defining the recommendations and good practices to put in place in order to guarantee the smooth running of this phase of needs analysis.
