Revalorisation des biodéchets en milieu urbain pour une culture de salades en aéroponie

Abstract : The necessary inclusion of sustainable and local urban agriculture encourages more and more the reuse of bio-waste in soil-less culture. To be part of an unprecedented circular economy, biopony favours organic fertilization and seems to be a perfect substitute for synthetic mineral fertilizers from non-renewable sources. The objective is therefore to determine to what extent organic fertilizers derived from the reuse of bio-waste can be as effective as commercial mineral fertilizers.
