Évolutions, appropriation et perception des propositions de la chaine de distribution en fruits frais par le consommateur français sur la période 2010-2020

Abstract : The consumption of fruit has often revolved around the search for taste and practicality. Now, new criteria of choice have been added to the expectations of fresh fruit consumers. The search for guarantees of respect for the environment, sanitary quality and fair remuneration for producers are representative examples of these evolutions. At the same time, the constraints weighing on the fresh fruit distribution chain are tending to change the commercial strategies of economic players. Fruit chains have developed new differentiation strategies that are changing the products and services offered to consumers. Thus, the work carried out in this paper has highlighted the proposals resulting from the changes in the fresh fruit distribution chain over the period 2010-2020.
