Mise en place d'un dispositif de soutien administratif pour des apprenants de FLE

Abstract : This master thesis is about the establishment of a support plan dedicated to help non-native speakers and learners of French language to deal with administrative tasks. The international learners have many administrative tasks to handle when they arrive in France in order to settle in, so it is very important to guide them. With the rise of new technologies and an increasing use of numerical tools in foreign languages teaching-learning, the number of institutes which offer online contents are expanding. In Paris, the ISMAC institute would again set up an individual administrative tasks face-to-face workshop, and offers new numeric documents in self-service to the learners. This work offers to study meaning access and skills development in a numeric learning milieu. Identifying the actors’ needs and behaviors, we suggested several learning tasks designed to help learners to further understand the target culture, how administrative tasks work, and to develop autonomy and intercultural skills.
