État des lieux sur le niveau de connaissances des lycéens de terminale concernant les infections sexuellement transmissibles : étude menée auprès de 258 lycéens en Normandie occidentale

Abstract : The population was high school students, attending final year of A levels during 2019-2020 in six differents institutions (public and private, and coming from the three departments of Western Normandy). The questionnaire highlighted an unsatisfactory knowledge score of 10,75/20. In addition, there was a significant difference in level between girls and boys, as well as between the different school tracks. Our study confirmed the positive impact of information at school on the knowledge of young people. Consequently, prevention with this population must be maintained and reinforced to stem the resurgence of STIs. It must be everyone's business and the school is not the only one responsible. Better knowledge would allow awareness of the risks and thus more responsible behavior.
