Abstract : Oral sphere is composed of mucosal lining which is subject to many pathologies that can be contracted by children. Some of these pathologies need to be diagnosed and managed as soon as possible. The dental surgeon may diagnose and/or treat some of these lesions. Therefore, it is important to have an in-depth knowledge of the various lesions that exists in order to be able to identify the pathology and start treatment when necessary. In this present work, we decided to focus the study on non-tumoral lesions in order to make a state of art of the main pathologies that we have classified in four groups: white lesions, pigmented lesions, ulcerative lesions and vesiculobullous lesions. Based on this classification of the bibliography, we generated a summarized and illustrated technical sheets with the aim to provide documents, easy to use, in order to help the practitioner to diagnose this kind of non-tumoral lesions.
