Étude de satisfaction de la prise en charge des douleurs lombosciatiques chez la femme enceinte

Abstract : Pregnancy is a physiological condition, but it can sometimes be accompanied by pains, called little pregnancy pains. Sciatica and low back pain are among the little pregnancy pains found in many pregnant women. These pains can be very disabling and invalid for the pregnant woman and the midwife have several remedies are possible to manage these pains (paracetamol, pregnancy belt, acupuncture, osteopathy). The main objective of this study is to know the satisfaction of women when taking care of low back pain during their pregnancy. The cross-sectional descriptive observational epidemiological study was carried out in a level III hospital in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region and the main judgment criterion is the level of satisfaction of the woman during her treatment. On a population of 108 women interviewed, the average score of the overall satisfaction of the laden price was 3.46 out of 5 through various treatments such as the pregnancy belt, osteopathy, physiotherapy or acupuncture.
