Création d’un modèle prédictif d’envoi de service mobile d’urgence et de réanimation par analyse vocale de l’appelant au SAMU : modèle de régression logistique binaire

Abstract : The number of calls to the SAMU-Center 15 is increasing, the regulator must decide by examining the benefit-risk balance between individual and collective interest through his medical questioning, hence the interest of seeking decision aids, in particular using phonatory analysis techniques. The objective of this study was to create a predictive model of emergency mobile dispatch and resuscitation by voice analysis of the caller to the emergency room using binary logistic regression. This non-interventional single-center retrospective study carried out at the SAMU 35 of the Rennes University Hospital from January to May 2019 collected 1000 recordings, including 724 analyzable recordings (458 with sending of an SMUR and 266 without SMUR). A predictive model for sending SMUR was created by binary logistic regression. The results obtained show that certain vocal parameters are relevant with a final predictive model finding 62.9% of evaluations consistent with the observed data.
