Le puits d'accès angulé : nouveau concept, approche prothétique et chirurgicale

Abstract : Dental implantology is a constantly evolving medical field. Recently, the concept of angulated screw channel has appeared in the field of prosthetic implant components. The angulated screw channel belongs to the field of supra-implant prosthetic fittings. It is a specific prosthetic abutment, making it possible to dissociate the implant axis from the screwing axis of the prosthetic screw, at an angle between 0 ° and 25 °, and this in three dimensions. In an approach of quality, reliability and durability, it is advisable to be critical during the arrival of new components, in order to freely judge of the good prescription of the prosthetic supra-implant elements. The objective of this work is to present the concept of angled access shafts. In particular we will seek to see the possibilities that the latter is likely to offer to the various actors of the treatment plan (practitioner, prosthetist and patient) both on the surgical plan, as prosthetic. This presentation will be divided into three main chapters. Firstable we will take stock of the implant generalities, secondly we will present the concept of an angulated screw channel, then, finally, we will present a clinical practice of the angulated access well.
