Pratique du yoga : intérêt dans la prise en charge du risque de chute chez les patients parkinsoniens

Abstract : With the overall aging of the population, chronic diseases represent major public health issues. Parkinson’s disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease and the second most common cause of neurological motor disability. One of the main consequences of the disease concern a high risk of falling in these patients, especially at the advanced stage of the disease. A sport and meditative practice, the yoga has become a popular way to improve muscular function and balance, among other things.
