Création d'un modèle de simulation de carie ex vivo sur dent humaine

Abstract : The study of carious disease requires the use of caries simulation models on healthy teeth or the use of in vitro bacterial culture models. The aim of this thesis work is to develop a new model on human teeth allowing the culture of the bacteria responsible for the carious process. The first part presents the physiopathology of the carious lesion, the existing experimental models and their limits. The second part describes the materials and methods used for our experimentation. The results and discussion are presented in the third and fourth parts. In the last part, we will discuss the prospects for further development of the model, again with the aim of improving the clinical management of a carious lesion and the development of new restorative materials.
