L'influence de la conception de la trace écrite par les élèves en sciences physiques au cycle 2

Abstract : This document focuses on science education in elementary school, more precisely on the lesson phase. The lesson stands for a written trace, where teacher and pupils put the new knowledge down on paper, making it reusable in other situations. Through a unit on electricity, carried out in a CE2 class, with children aged 8 to 9, this study analyses the influence of lesson construction by the pupils, on the acquisition and memorization of scientific knowledge, in physical science. 18 pupils were subjected to an initial test and two post-tests, one at the end of the unit and the other seven weeks later. The results show that the construction of the lesson by the pupils has a positive influence on the scientific knowledge acquisition. However, they do not allow us to conclude as for an effect of this process on the memorization of concepts.
