État des lieux sur la pratique du peau à peau en salle de césarienne au CHU de Nice

Abstract : Objective: this study aims to quantify the skin-to-skin practice at the University hospital center of Nice, and check the practice that meets the quality criteria enunciated in the protocol by conducting an inventory of the scheduled cesarean sections and the green codes from October 2020 to January 2021.
Materials and Methods: this study is a retrospective and a descriptive analysis, all code green cesareans were concerned, especially scheduled cesareans, including newborns with a terme greater than 36SA and healthy from birth.
Results and outlooks: during the study, 192 cesareans were performed, including all codes over all these cesarean sections, 87 corresponded to green codes. And 62 patients were included and benefited from the skin-to-skin practice respected the protocol satisfied all the patients. The information was systematically given in pre cesarean consultation, and more occasionally in the delivery room. The diffusion of information (welcome booklets, posters, videos clips) and the continuity of training for health professionals remain permanent. An evaluation of the practices should be considered within six months.
