Abstract : Descriptive study evaluating the contribution of tele-expertise in the therapeutic adaptation of type 2 diabetic patients, monitored for cardiovascular diseases, according to the latest recommendations in force. Review of the bibliography of clinical trials that have demonstrated the cardioprotective and nephroprotective benefit of the latest antidiabetic drugs. Presentation of telemedicine in the French healthcare system and around the world.
