L' apport du numérique en implantologie esthétique

Abstract : Over the last few years, the field of implantology has evolved considerably. Applications for the anterior sector’s implant rehabilitation have become frequent, making aesthetics an additional objective to be achieved. In addition, this practice has become digitalized. Digital workflow brings major benefits such as reliable processing and predictability of the result. The purpose of this work is to present hox the use of digital tools can bring added value to the implant treatment of the anterior sector and guarantee therapeutic success. For each step of an implant treatment with an aesthetic aim, photography, computer software and computer-aided machine tools save time, precision, and tend towards natural dental mimetic. Digital technologies are therefore to be used as new tools available, at the service of the patient.
