Impression 3D des porte-empreintes individuels en prothèse totale adjointe

Abstract : Computer technology can be applied in the prosthetic treatment of the edentulous patient by complete denture. The digital design stage of the custom impression tray is described in this work, highlighting the difficulties inherent in each stage. A pedagogical edentulous arcade cast was used as a reference. The software used for computer aided design are Dental System and Dental Manager from 3Shape. Manufacturing is performed with Formlabs’ Preform software and Form 3 printer. The computer aided design and manufacture (CAD / CAM) process can be used in total removable denture for the production of individual impression trays.
