However, we can see the rate of closely successive pregnancies and undesired ones seems signifiant. So, we wondered what conditions surrounded this group of pregnancies and how the rate could be diminished? Method: Thus, we did a qualitative study with a questionnaire sent to six maternity. 15 women having a pregnancy in the year following a delivery participated in our study. Conversations semi directive were realized ante partum for 10 women there pursuing their pregnancy and in post partum for 5 women those interrupts it. Result: 93 % of the women quote the pill, 66 % the condom and only 40 % the ring, as means of Contraception. 53 % of the women use a progestative microcomputing in the post partum. 87 % of these women forgot it regularly. 66 % of the women consider that the DIU is the means the most adapted to their lifestyle against 13 % for the pill. Conclusion: The women evoke a deficiency of the information in contraception and a defect of use. We noticed that the post partum contraception wasn't adapted for a women's post partum life.
