Enquête auprès de professionnels de santé en Isère sur la survenue éventuelle d'effets indésirables médicamenteux liés à un déficit en communication

Abstract : The survey was conducted of 1332 health actors in Isère: pharmacists, dentists, general practitioners, specialists and nurses. The response rate obtained is insignificant (9%), which may have several explanations: poor understanding of the questionnaire, disinterest in the subject no observed adverse reactions or lack of dysfunctional communication between professionals. In contrast, among the responses received, 60% notify adverse events related to a deficit in communication between health professionals and their patients, or lack of training or information on the different current treatment. Several topics were discussed such as oral anticoagulants, bisphosphonates, poly medication and the presence of multiple prescribers. It appears from this work that health professionals who responded were interested in carrying out summary sheets on specific topics (relay AVK-heparin, reporting allergies, care during dental patients on bisphosphonates), but also by improved strategies of communication and transmission of patient information (changes in the pharmacy records and personal medical records).
