Abstract : In 2010, the cesarean rate in France was 21% which implies an increasing number of scarred uterus. This study focused on the uterus with two scars whose number is therefore growing and for which vaginal birth is rarely offer. The objectives were to compare the maternal-fetal morbidity when trial of labor was given to the maternal-fetal morbidity of patients delivered by planned cesarean section. A single-center retrospective study was conducted on 93 files of patients who gave birth between January 2008 and December 2011 in the hospital of Villeneuve Saint Georges. In the study population, maternal-fetal morbidity was higher in the planned caesarean section's group than in the trial of labor's one. Moreover, no cases of uterine rupture were found among patients who had a trial of labor. This study would support vaginal birth after two caesareans under certain conditions to patients with a two scarred uterus.
