Apport d'un entraînement spécifique de la mémoire de travail chez les enfants précoces avec troubles des apprentissages du langage écrit : étude de cas

Abstract : Learning disorder of written language does not depend on the intellectual level of the subject: children with high potential can thus be achieved, but whose cognitive peculiarities should be taken into account. Indeed, these children have specific capabilities in terms of skills transfer and learning. Working memory has a key role in written language in terms of reading, reading comprehension, written production and spelling. Based on these findings, this study hypothesizes that specific training of working memory in children with high potential and learning disorders of written language may have an impact on it. Our study concerns two children with high potential who have received training in audio-phonatory loop and visuospatial notebook.The study results show improved performance in working memory and a positive influence of these developments in different areas of written language: spelling and reading comprehension in proportions lower.
