La nature en ville dans le cadre du PLU. Exemple sur le secteur de Lyon-Villeurbanne

Abstract : Nowadays, urban people ask for more and more nature and benefits of plants are not to prove anymore. Paradoxically, cities are more and more compact, they are made denser in order to fight against urban sprawl and the problems it creates. It is then necessary to conciliate compact city and "nature city". The "PLU" is a tool to answer this issue, more precisely concerning the private field. In addition, the urban community of the "Grand Lyon" has started to renovate its "PLU", which should be finished in 2015-2016. The urbanism agency of Lyon is the project manager for this, and both parts want to study more in details the question of nature in the city in the PLU. The aim of this work is to make a list of the possible actions of the PLU for more nature in the city, to make concrete proposals from those actions and to question about the limits of this action mode.
