L'auto-organisation des transports en commun à Lima

Abstract : This work aims at analyzing the structures and the dynamics of a self-organized system. The public transport system in Lima is based on individual initiatives. This way of working means self-organization. Indeed, we define self-organization as the organization of a system based on individual initiatives without cooperation in reaction to a common problem. The self-organization of public transport in Lima has been developed to tackle the State's disengagement. This kind of organization brings a particular system of public transport. Its spatial translation is a dense meshing of the urban area by the transports lines. But we can see an important polarization of itineraries and frequencies on the agglomeration center.
