Le Système d'Information des Ressources Humaines au sein des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises

Abstract : Since the 1960's, big businesses have gradually implement a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to help human resources departments to be more strategic and efficient. Up to now, Human Resources in Small and Middle Enterprises (SMEs) did not need the HRIS. But, to confront market development and competition, SMEs tend to turn to the strategies used by big companies. The purpose of this research paper is the studying HRIS inside SMEs. The question we will dwell on is whether SMEs introduce HRIS in the same manner big businesses. To address this problem, a survey has been conducted among human resources directors with semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The results have permitted to say that SME should introduce HRIS to ensure their distainability and face competition.
