Ségrégation socio-spatiale et accessibilité aux transports en commun à Marseille

Abstract : Accessibility and segregation are two different subjects which take more and more place in town-planning, transport policies and geography. This memory will study a hypothetical correlation between these two topics through some social groups and transit network of public transport in the city of Marseilles. Using geographical information systems, 2007 INSEE's census and segregation indexes, we'll create a current situation of accessibility and residential segregation then we'll show that these two topics are not correlated in the city of Marseille.
