Rupture prématurée des membranes avant 26 SA et hypoplasie pulmonaire

Abstract : Premature rupture of membranes before 26 weeks is a rare complication of pregnancy that has a significant impact on lung development and the occurrence of pulmonary hypoplasia. A retrospective single-center study conducted at the University Hospital of Caen between January 1st 2005 and May 1st 2012, allowed to assess the neonatal outcome of these newborn infants, but did not establish predictive criterias of hypoplasia lung occurrence.
