Développement d'une solution de cartographie interactive pour informer les riverains sur le risque inondation à Saint-Étienne

Abstract : Preventive information is a key strategic focus in the policy on preventing major risks in France. In fact, one of the main obligations of a mayor is to draw up a DICRIM - a document aimed at the local residents of a commune describing the major risks to which they are exposed, and more specifically the phenomena and their consequences on persons and property, as well as preventive actions for minimizing their impact. This document is often a flyer distributed to the population. However, it presents some limits as lack of interactivity or difficulty to update. In a research program named CEMORAL, a study is made to propose interactive maps in a DICRIM on the web. This work belongs to CEMORAL project. On the basis of different returns of experience made on previous experimentations, we define several functionnalities for the creation of interactive maps in a DICRIM. They pursue two main objectives: simple to use for inhabitants; easy to implement for a city motivated to reproduce this work in its territory. A first return of experience is made to underline elements to improve in our propositions.
