Quel potentiel écologique sur la Coulée Verte Patton à Rennes ? Diagnostic et propositions d'aménagement pour un site intégrant la trame verte rennaise

Abstract : Since the Law Grenelle 2, one of the ambitions of the French government regarding to environment is to check the loss of the Biodiversity. Recently, was set up the tool of urban planning "Trames Vertes et Bleues" (greenways) to try to restore the continuity of nature through the national territory. This tool is based on the scientific model of the biological corridor. In urban zones, the same tool adapts to become urban greenway. Indeed, the permeability of the territory to biodiversity has to be made at all scales. In this context, the Coulée Verte Patton located in Rennes in the West of France, is a "corridor zone" making the geographical connection between two major green spaces of the city: Prairies St-Martin and the Park of Gayeulles. This site diagnosed at its flora and moths, reveals an unexploited ecological potential of wet zones and meadows. The landscaped analysis of such a place also reveals a capacity to improve living environment of the district, essential to the well-being of the city-dwellers. This study allowed reflecting about stakes and tools of ecological planning for the future improvement of this site, integrating Rennes urban greenway.
