Entre normes, calcul et affectivité : pourquoi et comment les équipiers des restaurants fast-food sont-ils impliqués dans l'organisation de travail ? Le cas du restaurant Mc Donald's X

Abstract : Organizational commitment is a complex but essential concept in the human resources management. That is the reason why firms strive for enforcing their employees' feeling of belonging to the organization. Commitment can stand for professional fulfillment as well as a way to develop psychosocial risks. Mc Donald's symbolizes the modern Taylorist model, as efficient for the firm and dangerous for the employees' well-being. However, the fast-food restaurants easily manage on renewing their workforce. Therefore, our field survey in a Mc Donald's restaurant allows us to experiment the existence of a multidimensional commitment of cashiers and cookers in the organization.
