La réforme DT-DICT : quel marché pour le géomètre-expert ?

Abstract : The overall implementation of the DT-DICT reform took place on 1 July 2012. New obligations have emerged in order to secure works nearby networks. Territorial authorities are impacted by that legislation because they are contracting authority, developers of networks and performers of works. The smallest of them are devoid of structured services to respond to new requirements. Two obligations interested us particularly: the networks mapping and the networks marking staking. The land surveyor is a privileged partner with the territorial authorities. He has the opportunity to develop services to help them. This TFE consists in the study of reform and its impacts on local communities, the study of the needs of communities, and the suggestion of services to help them to cope with the DT-DICT reform.
