Étude comparative des différentes méthodes du levé d'intérieur d'un bâtiment en vue de réhabilitation et analyse des besoins et des moyens d'un architecte dans le but de produire une modélisation 3D optimale

Abstract : Even with the technological advancement of measurement instruments, the use of a laser distance meter with measurement consignation on a land sketch is unanimous among surveyors for its simplicity and rapidity of use. The comparison shows that, within a classical interior, the most useful method is PIC associated with a PC tablet and a Bluetooth disto. However, for buildings with a geometry and volume that is varied, the use of a 3D scanner is the best adapted solution. Finally, collaboration with an architect allowed us to show the most convenient method, for the rehabilitation of a building, and to realize the raising of the interior with a 3D scanner. The certain advantages are: the production of detailed plans, of vertical cuts, and the possibility of doing a virtual visit of the locations.
