La mobilité internationale en Europe : en cabinet de recrutement, quelle approche pour favoriser le mobilité professionnelle européenne ?

Abstract : The basic idea of this document is to study the current growth on the European job market. Based on the growing internationalisation of capital and economic flows, the challenge was to study the human behaviour in a professional context. As it is a matter of movement of people across and outside national boundaries and that the European community governs those movements, this kind of study is more complicated. To study the international mobility within EU borders, I have based my analysis on the "recruitment market" and have found out that while it was still relatively minor, the mobility in Europe was rapidly growing. Given the exchange programmes and the multinationals dynamics, the EU workers are nowadays more than ever able to work abroad both for career and personal motivations. On the other hand, although some IHRM processes are already in place, multinationals keep struggling with the recruitment of international candidates and for that reason call upon international recruitment providers able to source, qualify and submit talents from and to anywhere in Europe. As a matter of fact, those companies use specific HR processes and only companies that will incorporate the international mobility in their business model will increase their chances of winning new market shares.
