Étude des composantes de la durabilité de systèmes de culture du Réseau Mixte Technologique "Systèmes de Culture Innovants" : analyse des performances, étude des relations entre critères d'évaluation

Abstract : Since several decades, Agriculture is facing new issues of whom the economic, social and environmental stakes may be to difficult to reconcile. The "innovative cropping systems" Joint Network of Technology gathers cropping systems experimented in field, in order to test their agronomical and technical feasibility, assess their performances according to their objectives and several components of sustainability. The multicriteria evaluation of 11 of those innovative cropping systems, tested in different contexts of production is aiming for identifying the determinants of their performances and to study the links which could exist between the criteria of evaluation. Cropping systems identified as typical of the local agricultural practices are used as reference. Those evaluations show the importance of the strategies of management : mecanical wedding combined with crops diversification, for example, are particularly important in the improvement of environnemental criteria, but may be more prejudicial on social and economical performances. Few links between criteria have been identified. Those first results have to be completed by a wider cross-sectional analysis of the innovative cropping systems of the network.
