Le devenir des immeubles de bureaux vacants en Île-de-France : étude de l'opportunité d'une réhabilitation en logements

Abstract : The real estate business in Paris and its suburbs includes several million square meters of vacant office space. When some buildings are favoured by companies (new office, well located), some old buildings remain vacant for several years and sometimes seem so inadequate to the market demand. On the one hand, some operations leading to the restructuring of former offices in new offices are emerging and seem sought by investors / developers. On the other hand, in the context of renewal of government and lack of housing, including social housing, policy makers and estate planning specialists increasingly convert these buildings into housing. This recent, much anecdotal phenomenon is more pronounced in Paris and its suburbs, due to the lack of housing and shouting the level reached by the price of housing market in recent years.
