État des lieux des pratiques professionnelles autour des addictions en périnatalité au sein du centre hospitalier intercommunal de Poissy Saint-Germain et de son bassin libéral

Abstract : Objective. To assess the practice of midwives and gynecologists-obstetricians in screening, identification, assessment and management of pregnant women with drug addiction. Methods. Our study was conducted by questionnaire for midwives and gynecologists-obstetricians who work in Poissy Saint-Germain Hospital and around it. Results and conclusion. We analyzed 60 questionnaires. Professionals are 21,7% to systematically seek a consumption of all psychoactive substances, only 26,7% of them are looking for a substance use among spouse and 66,7% conduct a targeted screening if there are signs of appeal, mainly on non-obstetric signs. The professionals are 13,3% to use an assessment of consumption test, only the Fagerström test. In terms of management, 93,3% of them send their patients to specialized teams and 63,3% do not prescribe nicotine replacement therapy because they do not know the dosage. They are respectively 69% and 65,5% to discourage breastfeeding in cases of alcohol or medication for opioid substitution.
