Encapsulation : le club Accorhotels

Abstract : Client knowledge requires the use of marketing instruments. In this case, the loyalty program is an integral part of these tools. Consequently, the idea of integrating the website of the loyalty program in the hostel reservation application could provide several advantages. On one hand, it would boost company profits, on the other hand it would develop customer loyalty. In fact, the integration of the two sites, use the Java technologies, becomes a major issue especially in a competition area where companies has already this kind of site architecture. But to carry this type of project, different phases are needed. First, the study phase will lay the functional and technical framework of the project. Then the phases of design and development will help to design and implement technical solutions identified during the study phase. Then, the testing phases will validate the new loyalty program. Once validated, the application is installed on the pre-production and production environment. Finally, an assessment will determine whether the integration of the two sites is satisfactory both for Accor and its members.
