Existe-t-il une prédisposition génétique dans l'addiction à l'héroïne ?

Abstract : Heroin addiction is a public health problem. In this thesis, we studied the involvment of genes in risk factors of heroin addiction. We worked on multiple genes involved in the heroin mechanisms of action and addiction disease. We come to the conclusion that heroin addiction disease is not due to a single gene. The predisposition of heroin addiction seems to be the combination of environmental and genetic factors.
