La requalification des zones commerciales de périphérie : critique(s), diversification et hybridation du modèle commercial dominant

Abstract : Nowadays, shopping areas, appeared during the retail revolution of the thirty years post-war economic growth, constitute an issue. Indeed, these unknown places (several urban forms, stock) are more and more criticized by researchers, urban planners and more generally consummers, because of the new urban and environmental purposes. In front of these criticisms and social changes, this report will try to present the historical and contemporary evolution of retail areas.
