Jean-Yves Petiteau et l’expérience des itinéraires : itinéraires de dockers à Nantes, entre récits personnels et ambiance partagée

Abstract : The journey method of Jean-Yves Petiteau consists to follow a person in his territory and let him guide us while we listen his story. After this journey, the scientist and the photographer build together an itinerary: a sort of photo-story in the purpose to testify of the story of this person. In this report, we wonder about the workable impact of this method on urban study: does the journey method reveal some shared and shareable ambiences? In this report, we will try to understand how a person can be a territorial decoder, and how this method can be an access to his informations. And we will question the possibility of sharing an ambience, and the possibility to share it to other people.
