The study concerns annual, biennial and perennial plants that are produced from cutting, sowing and plants bought in sockets. It appears that the service is profitable because it allows to save 286 208 € per year compares to plants bought bucket to private business. Moreover, the production service allows having plant diversity, transmittable knowledge to students and guaranties a cultivation method that respects the environment and the workers. The main change to reduce costs would be to stop part of the cutting to buy plants in sockets because they are cheaper. The establishment is capable of increasing the number of perennials sowings, especially with the decrease of mother plants, to realise landscaping renewed less often and less water-needing. Other tracks concerns precise knowledge of water and electricity consumptions, recording work time and anticipating the orders of gardeners.
