Le feedback dans le cadre de l'évaluation par compétences

Abstract : For my first year of teaching, i was affected at the Pierre Aguille’s school where we used to evaluate pupils by skills. In this context, I wished to deal with this theme for my report. So I wanted to determine if the evaluation by skills can be an effective feedback to generate a change in the learning. To answer this problem, I have implemented a protocol which handles three different feedback. The first feedback was developed thanks to a classic noted evaluation while two others were created with reference tables of evaluation by skills. The experiment, segmented in two major phases, shows results(profits) which prove that, at first, the evaluation by skills gives to pupils more tools to determine the origin of their errors. Secondly, a progress is highlighted, which is however similar to the progress observed in noted evaluation. This report puts forward that the evaluation by skills seems so effective as the noted evaluation on the short term while bringing more tools to establish a more relevant diagnosis and remédiation on the long term.
