Étude et réalisation du logiciel embarqué dans un concentrateur de produits radiofréquence pour la gamme de produits communiquant Tebis

Abstract : Radiofrequency has given to the KNX home automation standard the possibility to offer extended functionalities to its historical wired communication bus. The Hager company, an electrical installation appliances manufacturer, provides already a gateway to make the two worlds communicate. However, due to its architecture, it is expensive to manufacture and can only support the interconnection of 64 devices. The project discussed in this paper is the creation of a radiofrequency device concentrator that has to quickly provide a solution for these limitations. It has also to propose a new hardware and software single microcontroller low-cost architecture that will be the basis for a new media coupler. I make this development in partnership with TAPKO company. The first step is the pre-study to analyze technical solutions and to solve identified risks. This is followed by the embedded software realization and the creation of the configuration file for the KNX standard configuration tool, ETS. Afterwards, the software is validated by the internal laboratory. Finally the zero production, which validates the manufacturing process of a small amount of devices, precedes the mass production and the availability for the markets.
