Testeur des composants CMS par un FPGA Cyclone II

Abstract : In a world fascinated in obtaining modern technologies, industrial development evolves in a remarkable way that implies an obligation to the presence of an effective electronic maintenance and spotlessly of these productions; for this reasons we will design a prototype for an IC SMD tester "TCC", which we can test a wide range of digital circuits based on any logic control to be diagnosed. The company JamalCO is interested in maintenance of computer systems based on electronic circuit boards that contain digital integrated circuits SMD that plays an important role in the functioning of the internal power management and control of these products. The prototype "TCC" is a complete system that is guided and controlled by the Labview software, managed by an FPGA whose behavior is described by a high-level language VHDL, this description will be responsible for all tasks controlled by a user and the circuit under test will be diagnosed in a special dock suitable for SMD circuits with up to 16 pins. A test will be controlled by a user of the "TCC" following six configurations of the inputs and outputs of the circuit under test. So the "TCC" is a testing tool that will be used to facilitate maintenance tasks for a proper diagnosis.
