L'intégration des salariés cadres

Abstract : The workforce which composed the company is made of employees with different status and characteristics. The firm has spent time and money to recruit its workers. Therefore the issue is to succeed in changing new comers into real actors of the company ‘strategy. The integration period which follows the recruitment is a crucial moment and is decisive concerning what future awaits the new employee in the organisation. In order to facilitate this stage the firm has to develop a suited integration process. The executive status confers specificities. Thus the employers must probably have to dedicate a special integration process to executives to fall within an approach of diversity management. The aim of this report is to check this hypothesis. For this reason the first part of the report is based on literature devoted to the subject and the second one consists in a field survey conducted with two firms and a recruitment professional.
