La mixité professionnelle : la pénurie de femmes dans les métiers à connotation technique

Abstract : After the Second World War and the emancipation of women, the society experienced significant social upheaval. These changes have made progress in terms of gender inequality, however, this professional inequality phenomenon is still very strongly marked today. While women are as present as men in the workplace, they do not exercise at all the same jobs. Indeed many jobs appear very unequal in terms of men or women dating. These differences are seen mainly for women in technical connoted jobs which representation of women is much lower than that of men. So this research paper aims to identify the causes of such disparities attendance of men or women, according to training courses and jobs sectors. But also to identify and search tools to promote the progress of the professional mix level of education and the world of business, with much research in pioneering companies, but also with conducting a field survey upwind women (employees and students) involved in the professional mix and technical jobs.
