Analyse exploratoire de l'implantation de maisons de santé : dynamiques territoriales et accessibilité aux soins en Bourgogne

Abstract : The primary care group practice is a new type of organization for healthcare professionals. It leads to a spatial concentration of primary health care that may be reflected in access, in some deprived territories. This study advises to analyze the implantation of five primary care group practice in order to define the catchment area and the process in which they are. After that this study suggests to analyze the way the primary care group practice take part to the spatial process of health primary care and how it impacts on accessibility to health care. Results show that primary care group practice take part in different territorial processes and that they affect accessibility at different scales. This example refers to the dilemma which opposes proximity and accessibility to health care. This study proposes some examples that may bring answers and justify the generalization of the methodology.
