Résumé
The increase in lifespan brings the dental surgeon to be more and more often confronted with patients reached by chronic rheumatic pathologies as rheumatoid arthritis. The aim of this work is to highlight the specificty of this disease and the repercussions on the management of these patients by the dental surgeon.
The first part of this thesis explains the physiopathology, the clinical signs and the current therapeutic strategies of this disease.
The second part helps the dental surgeon to manage the oral repercussions of the disease, and to take care of the various drugs used to treat these patients.
