Les altérations des modalités corporelles dans l’interaction à l’autre chez le sujet avec un TSA : l’accompagnement dans le cadre d’une prise en soins en psychomotricité

Abstract : Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder. People presenting an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are characterized by the alteration of their interactions with others especially from a corporeal point of view. These alterations will affect the relationships between autistic people and their parents or relatives. Therefore, family members can have difficulties to interact with the autistic person. By consequence, the family interactions are perturbed in both ways: from the member with ASD towards the others, and also from the family members towards the autistic person. These alterations can thus mutually influence each other. This reciprocal influence can lead to a vicious circle where relationships between family members keep deteriorating. Thanks to his skills, the psychomotor therapist can play a central role to work on the interaction with others especially on bodily dimensions. Therefore, we can expect to improve the interaction with the family members while individually working with the autistic person to improve his interactions with others through the psychomotor therapy session. By extension we can also expect improvement of the relationships between the different family members, therefore leading to a slowdown or even an end of the vicious spiral that can affect the family unit. It can even give rise to a virtuous circle.
